Working in the north has always been seasonally dependant; exploration programs implemented in the summer progress for only a couple of months and are then put on hold until the following spring. As a result, maintaining momentum and consistent news flow has always been a challenge. Diversifying south to Washington State has allowed us to continue our exploration work year round and build on our results. We have been successful in advancing our Poland China Gold Project from initial stage prospecting to drilling in less than a year.

At Poland China the first phase of exploration began in late spring with prospecting, mapping and soil sampling. Results have now been received and reviewed allowing for a second phase of exploration to begin. This second phase of exploration will serve to better define drill targets and allow us to start a drill program later this year. If this project was in the north we would have only just completed our initial phase of exploration this year, be forced to wait a year for follow-up then likely have to wait another year to drill test. Not only would it be impossible to follow this timeline in the north but the cost of mobilization for multiple seasons becomes cost prohibitive in this market.
